Dennis Lanphier received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Gonzaga University, and both a Juris Doctor and Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law.
He is licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado. He is also admitted to practice in United States Tax Court and United States District Court for the District of Colorado. He is a member of the Denver and Colorado Bar Associations, as well as the Tax, Business Law, and Trust and Estate Sections of the Colorado Bar Association. In addition to being an attorney, Dennis is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the state of Colorado.
Dennis has over 15 years of tax training and experience working with businesses of all sizes. Prior to practicing law, Dennis worked in International Tax Consulting with a large multinational firm. He is also an IRS guru with a wealth of knowledge in navigating all manner of tax disputes. His wife Brittany is the managing partner of Lanphier LLP, a full service CPA firm, of which Dennis is also a partner.
Dennis is a proud Denver Broncos season ticket holder, enjoys hunting and fishing in the great outdoors, and playing tennis; although, these days, most of his free time is spent laughing and playing with his daughters, Brooklyn, Addison, and Hallie
